Salary: $75,000/year + Commission

Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to build and manage client relationships, drive sales, and help grow market share in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management (75%)
- Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with existing accounts.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory to prevent stockouts.
- Onboard new products and SKUs with retail partners.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and budtender education sessions.
- Ensure retail locations are equipped with up-to-date marketing materials and merchandising displays.
Business Development (25%)
- Identify and secure new accounts to meet market growth goals.
- Develop strong pipelines and ensure thorough engagement with all decision-makers at potential accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnerships with prospective clients.
Administrative Tasks
- Plan and execute quarterly market strategies.
- Maintain and update client information in Salesforce daily.
- Confirm order and delivery details with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, inventory, and distribution) to ensure smooth account operations.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales/account management in the cannabis industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; adept at delivering tailored presentations.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- MUST BE LOCATED UPSTATE NEW YORK OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
- State-required cannabis certifications (can be obtained upon hire).
