Our team is growing We are currently looking for an Executive Recruiter This will include helping to bring on new clients and sourcing candidates for open job orders. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Accounting and Finance. However other staffing or recruiter experience will suffice. The position will ideally sit in Nashville but we are open to hybrid or fully remote for the right out-of-area candidate


Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and attract new business
  • Manage current clients while generating job orders in new areas of the department
  • Source & Recruit Accounting and Finance candidates
  • Work with a sense of urgency to screen candidates and submit candidates for open positions
  • Build lasting relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • Use various search engines to attract top talent
  • Represent LNCsearch with integrity while recruiting and selling on a national basis


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional recruiting experience at an agency or other similar atmosphere with proven success
  • Strong desire to succeed and grow a team
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • A proven track record of setting and exceeded sales / recruiting goals
