THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN STAMFORD, CT


Summary: Insight Global is seeking a scheduling coordinator local to Stamford, CT (onsite). They will manage multiple service technicians' schedules to optimize efficiency. They should be comfortable handling a high volume of appointments, coordinating installation dates and adjusting schedules as needed. They will lead conversations with customers and technicians and provide top-quality customer service. They will answer inbound service department calls as well as review back order reports and contact customers to reschedule if any conflicts arise.


Requirements:

  • Experience with scheduling
  • CRM experience (any CRM)
  • Strong customer service
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls (high-volume)

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Construction/Manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Home Improvement industry knowledge


This will be a contract to possible hire opportunity. The compensation is flexible based on experience. Compensation: $20/hour - $25/hour with possible flexibility. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
