RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track and manage all IT assets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets using asset management software.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all IT assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT assets.
  • Oversee the deployment and installation of IT hardware and software.
  • Ensure that new assets are properly integrated into the existing IT infrastructure.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal.
  • Plan for asset refresh cycles and coordinate the replacement of outdated or obsolete equipment.
  • Provide support to IT and non-IT staff regarding asset management processes and procedures.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
  • Experience with asset management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and best practices.
