pay is open depending on background - $35 -- $70 per hr - flexible

The Contract HRIS Analyst will work on updating our HRIS system, process improvements to maximize efficiency. The successful candidate is technical and systems-oriented, analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a high growth and results-oriented environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Paylocity foundational data and conduct impact analysis to evaluate stakeholder and downstream implications.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Partner with People Team to evaluate fixes, enhancements, and automation opportunities to drive process efficiency and optimization including researching functionality, design development, prototyping, data analysis, testing and training.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Paylocity based upon functional areas or HRIS projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support.
  • System and information audits such as time off reporting, integration effectiveness.
  • Process improvements for internal and external workflows and associated systems.
  • Build strong internal relationships.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or computer science preferred
  • 4+ years of HRIS experience, particularly with Paylocity - REQUIRED
  • Lead or participate in system upgrades, new software releases, feature enhancements and technical/end user documentation updates.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and process automation to address business needs.
  • Develop audit processes to analyze and identify data issues to maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot system and integration-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple and/or conflicting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
