Job Overview:

The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Department in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and creating content across various channels. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting a marketing career, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Conducted market research and compiled reports on consumer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visuals and multimedia content.
  • Help maintain the company website and ensure it is up-to-date with relevant content.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant coursework/internships).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus: Points: working with Monday.com.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset and a willingness to learn.
