Essential Duties:

  • Conduct research and prepare materials for feasibility studies, letters of intent, RFPs, PACE provider applications, and state-required licensing applications.
  • Research federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance in project documentation.
  • Review technical documentation to meet submission requirements and assist in preparing submissions.
  • Manage project timelines to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Communicate with federal and state agencies regarding project approvals and necessary steps.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to complete projects.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and manage multiple calendars and schedules.
  • Assist with special projects and complete documentation accurately and timely.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of company procedures and team information.
  • Follow policies, participate in Quality Improvement activities, and complete required training and health screenings.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor and team about workload and priorities.
  • Exhibit flexibility and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in application or grant management, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to PACE programs preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Commitment to serving vulnerable seniors.

Preferred Education:

  • Master's Degree
