Your Role:

  • Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive medication management and ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
  • Educational Resource: Serve as a drug information expert and develop clinical guidelines.
  • Precepting and Mentorship: Precept pharmacy residents and students.
  • Patient Care: Conduct consultations, assessments, and education to meet patient needs.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.
  • Licensure: Licensed Massachusetts Pharmacist.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience, 1 year of Pharmacy residency or 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
  • Preferred: PGY2 specialty experience, board certification in Pharmacotherapy, project management, and program development experience.
