Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our property management operations. This role is perfect for someone with

strong organizational skills and a passion for real estate. You'll work closely with our property

manager.

Assistant Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of multifamily properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Maintain tenant and vendor relationships, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist with Leasing, including renewals and rent collection.
  • Assist with financial reporting.
  • Monitor and manage vendor capital improvements
  • Utilize property management software for tracking and reporting.

Assistant Property Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
