Responsibilities

  • Maintain our Amazon seller account, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
  • Create and maintain our Amazon product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and creative assets are published in a timely manner. This can also include experimentation with merged listings and variations.
  • Review and optimize Amazon product listings for clarity and relevance, including writing SEO product descriptions, and researching relevant keywords to be updated on a continuous basis with industry trends.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of A+ content with our Marketing team, providing detailed creative briefs and guidance on Amazon best practices as well as managing the implementation of final, approved content.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of Amazon storefront modules and content with our Marketing team, keeping deals and promotions up to date and refreshing educational and/or brand content regularly.
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce Director, Marketing, and our 3rd party Amazon Ads partners on Amazon ad strategies. This includes giving input on campaign products, keywords, and targeting, and also acting as liaison between teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution on plans.
  • Create and resolve tickets in Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry as issues arise.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics, to be analyzed together with the E-Commerce Director.
  • Cross-train on other E-commerce platforms as backup for fellow department members.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience in e-commerce or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of direct experience working on Amazon Marketplace.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel intermediate level experience preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify and Walmart a plus.
