LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in Portage, MI looking to add a Plant Controller to their team


Responsibilities:

  • Cost Accounting.
  • Account Reconciliations.
  • Collaborates with plant management to interpret financial reports.
  • Completes the Bill of Materials forms effectively for a change or new product.
  • Provides analysis of Sales and P&L.
  • Maintains General Ledger account balances and ensures accuracy.
  • Oversees AP.
  • Develops Plant budget.
  • Monitors compliance and standard policies.
  • Works with plant management to interpret financial reports.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Cost Accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment at the plant level


Salary: 80-100k (depending on experience)

**must be onsite 5 days per week.
