  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
  • Manage employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management to track HR performance and progress towards organizational goals.
  • Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve HR processes and practices.
