Our client, a beauty brand, is hiring a Supply Chain Junior Systems Analyst to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).


Job Duties Include:

  • Monitor multiple interface monitors for errors to and from SAP and provide the first level support for issue resolution
  • Assist with analyzing any errors with retailer EDI documents
  • Provide support and training to US SAP users as needed
  • Create and deliver efficient reports/lists for the US SAP users
  • Ensure global processes are implemented and report any issues/errors
  • Create and maintain documentation on best practices, data sources, and developed tools/reports
  • Create processes to gather supply chain data
  • Work with teams to activate master data through STEP and US master data through UPC into SAP
  • Maintain material and customer master data for further updates
  • Identify gaps in data collection to drive superior data quality and efficiency
  • Upload and maintain sales prices for each retailer
  • Manage regular order reconciliation of Shopify/SAP and eCommerce team
  • Partner with finance to receive and reconcile payments from Shopify orders and cash applications


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analyst or similar role, order process management with SAP, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Experience of SAP sales order processing and other processes within supply chain
  • Solid SAP SD (Key) user experience and knowledge
  • Knowledge of data visualization software: BI, Tableau
  • Ability to understand the systematic flow for the current processes and their multiple integration points
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical capabilities and process understanding
  • Exposure to retail and warehouse environments
  • Highly organized and detail oriented - ability to prioritize, manage and perform multiple tasks and numerous projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office/Suite, especially Excel ( organizing data, pivot tables)


Salary: $70k annually + bonus
