Responsibilities:
- Utilize Celonis to analyze and improve business processes through data-driven insights.
- Independently connect to various source systems to extract data, ensuring accurate and timely data integration.
- Build robust data models tailored to business needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and transformation scripts to process and analyze data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document process flows, particularly in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Leverage working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, SAP, and Infor to enhance data extraction and analysis.
- Implement and manage the Celonis Action Engine to drive process improvements and automation.
- Conduct task mining to identify areas of improvement and automation opportunities.
- Apply machine learning techniques to enhance process mining and data analysis outcomes.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Mining Engineer/Analyst with a focus on Celonis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries and transformation scripts.
- Demonstrated ability to connect to various source systems and perform data extractions.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and analysis.
- Working knowledge of any Oracle ERP systems, SAP, and Infor.
- Understanding of business process flows, especially P2P and O2C.
- Experience with Celonis Action Engine and task mining is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in process mining is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Celonis or related process mining tools.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and data integration techniques.
- Experience in process improvement and automation projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
