Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial performance by contrasting actual outcomes with projections and suggesting improvements based on thorough analyses.
  • Compile financial reports including expenses, profits, and inventory metrics from the accounting system while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Facilitate the consolidation of reports across group companies and oversee the annual budget process.
  • Support the direct supervisor and liaise with affiliated companies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficient in interpreting financial documents, composing reports in English, and ideally in Japanese for headquarters reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
