Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a minimum of 4+ years in supply chain management or related fields.

• Preferred Software Skills: Familiarity with MRP systems, specifically ERPLN/SAP.

Job Overview:

This is a pivotal role within the Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team, focusing on the Digital Transformation of ERP systems to SAP. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in existing supply chain processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support supply chain decision-making and improve overall business performance.
  • Implement and manage inventory control methods to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Analyze complex processes and organizational structures to streamline operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, demand planning, and system integrity.
  • Develop and maintain tools to assess the impact of schedule changes on operations.
  • Synchronize production, storage, and transportation with demand requirements through detailed analysis.
  • Facilitate effective communication across supply chain functions and integrate processes with various departments.
  • Perform data analysis to compare actual results against the Master Production Schedule.
  • Provide recommendations and implement solutions based on value stream data analysis.
  • Drive technological advancements to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Coordinate the release of orders by assessing system requirements and resource availability.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for supply chain processes to boost performance.
  • Support change management and planning decisions to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Incorporate engineering and production schedules into supply chain plans.
  • Collaborate with various business units to achieve shared goals and set standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or materials management.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain forecasting.
  • 5+ years of experience interpreting Bills of Materials.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in supplier management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1+ years of experience with SAP/4HANA.
  • Experience leading teams through supply chain integrations.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically requires 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. An advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree along with 10 or more years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
