We are hiring for an IT Lab Technician on-site in Atlanta, 30308. The role focuses on imaging laptops, managing inventory, and supporting equipment rollouts for new employees. You will also be responsible for hardware management and technical documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Image laptops using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
  • Manage hardware and inventory in an IT lab and storage setting
  • Handle equipment requests, including checking equipment in and out
  • Track and document hardware (desktops, laptops, and other tech equipment)
  • Assist with laptop and desktop repairs, including replacing hard drives, memory, and minor parts
  • Support the rollout of equipment to new employees as part of the technical support team


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Windows 10, 11, and MacOS
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Ticket System (2 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (2 years preferred)
  • Strong documentation skills for both technical documents and database updates
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills for inventory management
  • Basic laptop and desktop repair skills


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing IT assets, supporting hardware rollouts, and providing technical support within a dynamic team environment.
