Responsibilities:

As a patient recruiter you will reach out to potential clinical research participants and be the initial face of the company for them

  • Reach out to patients over the phone to give initial study information
  • Schedule patients for initial visits or follow up calls
  • Schedule patients for follow up visits
  • Help patients schedule visits for special appointments such as scans, biopsies, etc
  • Answer patient questions
  • Have a kind and friendly demeanor over the phone to make patients feel comfortable and welcome The clinical research process can be confusing and intimidating, you will be there to help walk them through those very initial steps.


Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working with customer service or scheduling over the phone
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Ideally has worked in a medical office or with anything healthcare related
