Job description

Gecko Designs is seeking an experienced, Missoula-based professional to join its growing Project Management team While we always love hiring people with a marketing background, we’re open to alternative skills and experience, if this sounds like your jam:

Project Management - As a Project Manager at Gecko Designs, you're not just a taskmaster; you're the conductor of our creative locomotive, ensuring every project moves forward with the precision of a Swiss train system. While keeping an eye on the bigger picture, you have the focus and organizational systems to ensure individual tasks are executed on time and on budget. You advocate for clients’ interests internally and serve as their trusted advisor in the long term.

Client Service - Your role extends beyond mere project oversight; you're the George Clooney or Julia Roberts of client interactions, effortlessly blending charisma with professionalism and hard skills. Picture yourself as the face of Gecko Designs, where your engaging demeanor, warmth and sincerity leaves a lasting impression on our clients.

You'll wear the hat of a generalist, understanding the intricate dance of branding and website projects from inception to fruition, and you understand the nuances to communicate effectively with collaborators in our Design and Development teams.

At Gecko Designs, we don't just value your skill set; we amplify it. We have a unique organizational structure, through which you’ll find the freedom to tap into your creativity and cultivate individual skills and professional development. We believe in creating an environment where you don't just work; you thrive.
