Summary:

Coordinate marketing and sales activities with external accounts to exceed goals at minimal costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships with national accounts and travel agencies.
  • Support revenue and market share growth plans with national and key accounts.
  • Maintain activity logs and calendars for events like conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Ensure timely shipment of marketing collateral.
  • Provide and review content for marketing materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to develop marketing materials.

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Contact Management Systems, Database Software, Internet Software, Project Management Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Email Software, Presentation Software, and Reservation Software.
