The Client Account Manager is a client facing position where you will maintain new and existing client relationships. A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker who is able to manage internal and external projects simultaneously across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with your team to successfully move clients through implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years of experience in a professional setting
- Previous experience in benefit consulting and implementation for both employers and employees
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain daily relationships and interactions with clients such as open item logs and issue resolution
- Manage and execute project plans such as requirement documents, meeting notes, etc. to create a seamless implementation
- Participate in sales presentations as needed
- Monitor the benefit and technology administration processes
- Ensure accuracy with all administrations and implementations to prevent future issues
