We are growing quickly and building a culture centered on communication, clarity, and continuous improvement.Role DescriptionThis is NOT a supply-chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations role. This is a business operations leadership role focused on internal alignment, communication, and workflow improvement.The Director of Business Operations will strengthen day-to-day communication, improve workflows between departments, and ensure projects move smoothly from initial concept through delivery.This role is 100% onsite in South Plainfield, NJ.What You'll DoImprove internal workflows across creative, sales, marketing, finance, and project coordinationLead cross-functional “pods” to increase communication and reduce bottlenecksSet clear expectations, processes, and accountability structuresIdentify operational gaps and implement simple, effective solutionsImprove visibility into timelines, handoffs, and project statusSupport team leads and reinforce a culture of clarity and ownershipTranslate leadership goals into concrete departmental actionsQualifications: 5+ years in business operations, organizational operations, or project operationsStrong communicator who brings structure and claritySkilled at simplifying processes and aligning cross-functional teamsComfortable onsite in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with B2B or project-based businesses is a plusWhy Join Us:High-impact, visible leadership roleFast-growing, creative companyLow bureaucracy — you’ll directly shape how we operateCollaborative, supportive cultureOnsite environment with direct access to teams and leadership
