Position Summary:

The Real Estate Agent Trainer & Mentorship Coordinator will design and lead agent training and mentorship programs across multiple locations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting new agents in building successful careers. You’ll create a culture of growth and empowerment for agents in their first two years, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent Training & Development

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions (live and virtual) on essential topics such as contracts, negotiation, lead generation, and client management.
  • Work with leadership to develop and refine the “SB Way” 10-week curriculum tailored to new agents’ needs.
  • Ensure training remains up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Mentorship Program Management

  • Oversee the mentorship program, matching new agents with experienced mentors.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with mentees, monitor progress, and support mentors in guiding agents effectively.

Event Coordination & Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing training events, workshops, and seminars with the COO and Office Managers.
  • Handle logistics, venue management, and technology needs to ensure smooth, successful events.
  • Promote events to boost agent participation and create a fun, collaborative atmosphere.

Coaching & One-on-One Support

  • Offer personalized coaching sessions to agents, helping them set and achieve goals.
  • Act as a resource for real estate challenges, providing solutions and guidance in prospecting, client communication, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed real estate agent with at least 3 years of experience and proven success in real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, local market trends, and industry regulations.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, virtual platforms, and training tools.
  • Willingness to travel to support agents across various office locations.
