The Role


We're seeking an experienced digital marketer to join our account team as an Account Supervisor. Reporting to the Head of Accounts, you'll be responsible for delivering success and expanding one or more account portfolios.


Key Responsibilities


  • Translate client needs into comprehensive scopes of work
  • Develop and execute digital campaign strategies across all funnel stages
  • Lead project teams across departments (creative, production, media, accounts)
  • Prepare campaign strategy and reporting presentations
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and timelines while maintaining high standards
  • Anticipate challenges and lead creative problem-solving
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within accounts
  • Coach and manage junior account team members


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of account management experience in an advertising agency
  • Proven track record in planning and managing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns with 6-figure budgets
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience cultivating senior-level client relationships at Fortune 500 companies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
