Compensation: $60 - $70K annually
Location: NYC- Midtown; Fully onsite
Position Overview:
Our client (a leader in financial services) is looking for a HR Data Coordinator to join their team This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a long-term project focused on refining data processes. As a HR Data Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with a senior team member focused on your professional development and career advancement. Additionally, you will work alongside other team members to ensure the success of data mapping endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the Data Mapping Project, specifically analyzing employee and people data.
- Input and organized information into systems with precision and accuracy.
- Identifying and rectifying duplicate data entries to maintain data integrity.
- Conducting comparative analyses on competitor strategies.
- Managing communication and engagement with candidates sourced from search firms, maintaining ongoing relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential for accurately mapping and managing data.
- Positive Attitude: A great attitude fosters collaboration and positivity within the team.
- Eagerness to Learn and Grow: Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and evolving within the role and organization.
- Confidentiality and Maturity: Handling sensitive information requires a mature and confidential approach.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior data analysis or management experience is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with HR data systems and processes is advantageous.
