Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual HR Assistant. The Bilingual HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including HR management, managing HRIS, DOT physicals, and other HR-related tasks as assigned. The Bilingual HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR administration
  • Knowledge and proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Work well under pressure, ability to manage stress
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in training coordination is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
