- Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design improvement and organizational change.
- Develop and execute coaching plan for individual and team communication process improvement and effectiveness.
- Responsible for assessing change impacts of business solutions/projects and translate into business value focused communications and presentations.
- Responsible for compiling or assisting with various monthly and quarterly reports for key programs and efforts.
- Draft communications appropriate for executive level consumption.
- Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience in the development of OCM plans.
- Resource to others in completing Business Process Mapping for key programs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry
- Must have experience in Change Management & Training
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience in Business Process Mapping
- Intermediate level experience with Vizio software
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with group/meeting facilitation
