You will understand the restaurant menu to engage guests in choosing menu items and answer their questions. Anticipate guests' needs, process their orders, and take payment in a timely and hospitable manner. Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas to deliver food efficiently within the restaurant.
