Winston Digital Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency, specializing in high-quality search engine optimization services for our clients. We are rapidly growing and are looking for the next rock-star team member.


Our agency provides bespoke marketing solutions such as search engine optimization and PPC for small and medium-sized businesses. We offer marketing services for a wide range of industries and verticals including local retail, e-commerce, and lead generation. We’ve helped everyone from attorneys and dentists, to national brands like electronics manufacturers and retailers. We have a proven track record of designing and optimizing websites that drive revenue and measurable results for our clients. We are seeking applicants with a similarly proven track record to join our growing team.


As Sr SEO Specialist, your key function would be to help to ensure seamless delivery of client services across roughly 10 clients with 130-140 billable hours per month. This will include executing monthly deliverables for each, scheduling and leading client calls, and conducting monthly reporting. Each client has a scope between 10-20 hours a month with us.


Our deliverables include keyword research, on-page optimizations, off-site competitor research, technical audits, creating off-site link building strategies, content audits, local SEO audits, and more. We have a company intranet with all of our standards of process with easy to follow instructions.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience in a dedicated SEO role

- Strong written and verbal presentation skills

- Strong Technical, On-page, and off-site strategic ability and depth of knowledge

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, various SEO tools

- Fast and motivated learners

- Possess strong creative-thinking skills. Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are also a must.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We work remotely, so good internal and client communication is of utmost importance.

- A high degree of professionalism

- Good planning/organization skills, able to work on deadlines, and is responsive to phone/email.

- Up-to-date on emerging digital trends and practices


Responsibilities:


  • Independently execute strategies, deliverables, and communication for client accounts.
  • Develop client strategies and roadmaps with occasional managerial input.
  • Collect and analyze website data to create campaign insights based on client goals, resources, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage communications and relationships with client accounts, including presenting SEO strategies and recommendations.
  • Analyze SEO performance metrics using GA4, GSC, and Looker; create comprehensive monthly reports and renewal decks.
  • Audit accounts for accuracy
  • Forecast account metrics and review account reports
  • Ensure timely communication, no later than 48 hours after receipt
  • Set up and lead recurring client meetings to discuss progress, deliverables, and account performance 
  • Participate in Show up and be engaged in client, company, and department meetings
  • Present SEO deliverables in a way that breaks down complex ideas into actionable steps to gain client buy-in.
  • Stay abreast of industry news, changes and developments
  • Clearly communicate innovation for the clients
