Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Print Management Technician located in Overland Park, KS. As a Print Management Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining print infrastructure and devices, troubleshooting print issues, and monitoring print queues. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure print jobs are processed accurately and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Install and configure copiers and other office printing equipment
  • Perform diagnostic and routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
  • Product inventory management
  • Client facing customer service
  • Records management of service calls
  • Provide end user training with existing and upgraded print systems
  • Contribute to MPS project planning and execution
  • Troubleshoot printing, scanning and fax failures at the machine level


Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time


Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
