Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to align with the organization's business needs, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules. Handle user administration, including creating and managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and implement business requirements within Salesforce.
  • Design and generate reports, dashboards, and customized views to provide insights into key business metrics and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with inquiries to drive user adoption and satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and features, evaluating their potential impact and implementing relevant enhancements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of data migration and integration projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to educate users on best practices and new functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configuration changes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to Salesforce administration. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating hands-on expertise in configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Experience and other Salesforce innovations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with data management, data quality, and data security within Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Apex code, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience with data migration and integration projects is advantageous.
