As a Senior Integration Architect, you will be the driving force behind bringing together various tools and systems to create a cohesive and efficient technology ecosystem for our organization. Your expertise in integrating platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS services, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and Business Rules Engines will be instrumental in ensuring data flows seamlessly across our organization's infrastructure.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Integration Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data consolidation through integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements and priorities.
 
Integration Design and Architecture:
  • Design robust and scalable integration solutions that connect Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS services, ETL tools, and Business Rules Engines.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate integration patterns and technologies to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems.

ETL Job Setup:
  • Set up ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using cloud-based ETL tools like AWS Glue, Apache NiFi, or similar solutions.
  • Define data extraction, transformation, and loading requirements to support data integration objectives.
  • Optimize ETL jobs for performance and efficiency.
 
API and Middleware Integration:
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different systems.
  • Implement middleware solutions to orchestrate data flows and manage integrations.
  • Ensure proper error handling and monitoring of integrations.
 
Data Mapping and Transformation:
  • Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data compatibility between systems.
  • Implement data cleansing and validation processes as part of data transformation.
  •  Monitor and troubleshoot data transformation issues.
 
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security measures to protect data during transit and at rest.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments for integration components.
 
Performance Optimization:
Monitor integration performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Optimize integration processes for speed, scalability, and resource utilization.
Implement caching and data synchronization strategies as needed.
 
Documentation and Training:
  • Create comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, designs, and configurations.
  • Provide training and guidance to development teams and end-users on integration best practices.
 
Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing integration-related services or tools.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features from integration tool providers.
 
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts.
  • Communicate integration progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years proven experience as an integration architect with a focus on Salesforce, Snowflake (or similar cloud datawarehouse ), AWS, ETL tools, and Business Rules Engines.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and data integration strategies.
  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python), database systems, and middleware technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership abilities.
  • A deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
