Reaching out to you as we have just landed a multi-year project to act as a Project Manager for a 'greenfield' Manhattan WMS implementation.

Project will start September 16, 2024 and target "go live' is March 2026.

Must have prior WMS implementation experience (Manhattan preferred) ability to engage with C-level CSO, IT Analysts, developers and software vendor resources.

· Overall project management standup and operations responsibility for a multi-year replacement of core legacy supply chain WMS functions

· Defines and owns the program management structure including costs, schedule, scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication, stakeholder management, resourcing and roadmap for the program

· Integrates program workstreams into an integrated project plan and manages dependencies

· Owns program budget and prepares budget vs actuals and drives program forecasted spend

· Drives Steering and program governance across the program

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Prior experience directly managing SI (preferably Big 4). Review of SOWs, MSAs, change order management and holding SI Partners accountable to contract obligations

· Full lifecycle WMS implementation and integration to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

· Needs to have transformation experience (business process, OCM, training, communications)

· Track record of long-term management of ERP WMS programs

· C - Suite level interaction and presentation skills; strong relationship management skills

· Agile & PMP certified prefe
