Location: Remote or HYBRID (Reynoldsburg, OH)

Pay Range: $24-27/hour DOE


Brief Summary:

The Merchandise Systems Analyst will support third-party brands in the intimates category, focusing on the ordering process, product setup, and vendor communication. The role involves working closely with merchant and planning teams to manage SKUs, purchase orders, and planning functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform article creation for third-party brands, including product setup and size creation.
  • Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Maintain timely and clear email communication with vendors regarding the intake process and asset management.
  • Support merchant functions (75%) and planning functions (25%), ensuring smooth order processing and timely vendor communications.
  • Assist in planning-related tasks, including tracking and monitoring asset management.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint experience is a plus).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in email communication.
  • Interest in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and handle multiple timelines effectively.
  • Open to recent graduates with relevant experience, internships, or similar roles.
