Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Director will play a lead role in managing the evolution and operation of both our customer-facing digital properties and our internal marketing-related platforms. This is an entrepreneurial yet deeply collaborative role best suited to a hands-on self-starter with direct experience building digital capabilities in asset management. It’s also an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and established asset manager looking to enhance its digital presence and engagement with customers.


Major Responsibilities

  • Manage digital content across the firm’s websites and social properties
  • Ensure website compliance
  • Increase digital engagement through new capabilities
  • Create robust digital tagging for site performance and reporting
  • Create the technical environment for search engine optimization
  • Onboard new technologies as needed
  • Work with existing and future digital partners across a range of capabilities
  • Manage the development and rollout of digital enhancements in partnership with our IT department and other stakeholders


Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of digital platforms and capabilities used in asset management
  • First-hand experience with data integrations and automation across multiple platforms
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of asset management products, distribution, and industry compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively yet independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing within the asset management industry
