A day in the life:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define requirements.
- Develop/Maintain recruiting sources and all external job posts including MDC Career page.
- Manage a full-cycle recruitment process for new and future candidates.
- Develop/Maintain an active candidate pipeline using sourcing databases, social media, and other resources.
- Interviewing of all candidates prior to submitting to hiring manager.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and practice leadership teams.
- Create offer letters and process pre-employment screenings.
- Point of contact and coordinator for all outside/virtual career fairs.
- Initiate and manage the onboarding process for all new hires and support our temporary employees as needed, including but not limited to, extending welcome letters, gathering.
- I-9 and W-4 documentation along with all other applicable onboarding documentation.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Healthcare experience required
- HR certification highly desired
- Strong problem solver, communicator, and highly organized
Compensation and Benefits: $30-$33/HR with robust benefits available including medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, disability and PTO
