Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for our organizational staff recruiting/sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs, and processes for our network of clinics. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop a creative recruitment program that attracts, screens, and selects highly qualified, and diverse candidates to fill staff opportunities within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources (job boards, social media, career web sites, professional organizations, and other possible channels), to source, recruit, interview, qualify, and hire staff organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing, including: networking, job boards, and social media utilization
- Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing assistance as needed, and offer process
- Conduct interviews in assistance with leadership using various, reliable recruiting and selection techniques to filter candidates within schedule
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interview notes, and other recruiting activities for reporting purposes
- Coordinate communication with hiring managers and applicants through the various stages of the recruitment process
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure all steps are complete for compliance, including pre-employment requirements
- Maintain positive candidate relationships. Continually build strong working relationships with hiring managers that lead to success throughout the recruitment process
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects that require detail-orientation
- Maintain yearly and monthly data to include turn-over rates, interview through onboarding numbers, days to fill requisition requirements, and DeNovo recruiting objectives for future clinics
- Maintain federal and state reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery. Demonstrated ability to gain trust and respect of the providers, employees, and peers. Effectively models interpersonal and problem-solving skills to aid in the resolution of issues in a timely manner. Ability to work as a team member. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency and autonomy
- Education: A high school diploma/GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related major preferred but not required
- Experience: A minimum of two – four years of experience in recruiting required.
