The Director of Sales will support the VP of Sales in managing all residential sales operations, focusing on strategic planning, data analysis, and client relationship management.


Responsibilities:

  • Aid in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate inside and outside sales activities.
  • Manage reporting, including construction forecasts, deposit forecasts, commission forecasts, and closing forecasts.
  • Analyze data to inform project pricing and track lead effectiveness.
  • Research and analyze the competitive marketplace for each project.
  • Assist in coordinating sales-related marketing activities and property management tasks.
  • Ensure timely coordination of condominium association documents, branding documents, HOA matters, and assessment schedules.
  • Provide post-closing residential property management support and address buyer issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Legal for consistent follow-up.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.


Reuirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Active real estate license and familiarity with MLS systems.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
