Position Overview:

As the primary technology resource, the IT Manager / Administrator will be responsible for maintaining systems, supporting operations, overseeing outsourced vendors, and providing accurate reporting capabilities within a medium sized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Administer and maintain iMIS database and associated systems ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and security.
  • Report Development: Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources while ensuring compatibility and consistency.
  • Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance in conjunction with outsourced Managed Service Provider.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of relevant technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience with database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all aspects of the organization.

Additional Details:
  • Employment Type: Direct-Hire Position
  • Schedule: Fridays are remote
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Target Compensation: $65,000
  • Vacation: 6 weeks per year
