Our client is seeking an Human Resources Administrator who will play a crucial role in a luxury yachting organization In this position, you will oversee daily office operations, fostering an atmosphere of productivity and collaboration. In addition to managing essential office functions, you'll lend your expertise to our HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and benefits administration.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations.

- Greet visitors warmly, offering refreshments and directing them to the appropriate waiting area.

- Manage office budgets for supplies, equipment, and vendor payments.

- Coordinate with building management and vendors for seamless office operations.

- Manage IT and telecommunications systems, working with IT Support.

- Identify areas for improvement and submit funding requests to the Line Manager.

- Manage the meeting room calendar.

- Maintain office records, files, and databases.

- Plan and coordinate company events, team meetings, and staff activities.


HR Coordination:

- Aid in local recruitment efforts.

- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including team introductions and IT setup.

- Help maintain HR systems and employee records.

- Assist in managing employee benefits.

- Communicate HR policies, upcoming events, and staff updates internally.

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; escalate issues as necessary.

- Contribute to ad hoc projects to enhance HR processes and the employee experience

- Organize training and development programs, including scheduling and progress tracking.


Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field.

- 2 years of office management or HR experience.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

- Capable of managing sensitive information confidentially and professionally.

- Experience with budget management and vendor relations is a plus.
