Responsibilities:

  • Provide global oversight and guidance to the Financial Planning & Analysis organization.
  • Lead and execute Finance strategies.
  • Provide accounting and financial hands-on leadership on financial issues. Identifying financial risks and ensure sound internal controls are aligned to meet objectives.
  • Manage and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial trend review analyses against the prior year, budget, and forecasts.
  • Responsible for accurate and concise Management, Discussion & Analysis (MDA) commentaries related to the 10-K and 10-Q SEC filings. Closely collaborating with the Controllership team to meet established timelines.
  • Drive financial analytical and planning support across all functional organizations. Overseeing financial initiatives that contribute to strategic plans.
  • Act as a business partner with Corporate development, providing key financial inputs as requested. Reviewing and analyzing complex data from commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, legal and financial perspectives and synthesize information to drive a best-in-class decision-making process for current or future deal structures.
  • Consult with executive leadership with information to make critical business decisions and foster continuous business partnering.
  • Develop Finance leadership by establishing development plans and identifying opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 8-10 years relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and statutory principles and actuarial concepts
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Results-oriented and attentive to detail
