  • Multi-tasking, maneuver through multiple systems and use of multiple screens.
  • 2 years Accounts Receivable experience is required for this role.
  • Candidate must be able to work onsite 3 days a week in the Springfield office.

Please list 3-4 functional activities the resource should be capable of

  • Review & Research bookings that the reconciliation tool could not automatically match, manually match them, to the correct booking and approve the files once all possible matches are made.
  • Monitor Oracle to verify when cash receipts have received and apply cash receipts details in Salesforce and reconciliation file.
  • Exporting file details and dropping into macr, ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.

  • MS Excel, Salesforce, MerchanPoint, SharePoint, More4Apps, Oracle

The Reconciliation Coordinator ensures compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements and will perform professionally and demonstrate sound judgement in addressing or escalating issues as they arise.
