Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives in managing their schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential and sensitive information. The Executive Personal Assistant will also assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports, and perform general administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
