Position Overview: Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive the promotion and adoption of our cutting-edge logistics technology within the oilfield services sector. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, establishing strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration. Join the team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing logistics technology for the oilfield services industry


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our logistics technology tailored specifically for the oilfield services industry.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the oilfield services sector. Use insights to refine sales strategies and target high-potential markets.
  4. Client Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new clients by actively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers within oilfield services companies.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that address their logistical challenges effectively.
  6. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our logistics technology platform and its value proposition for oilfield services. Articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
  7. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including oilfield services companies, technology providers, and industry associations, to enhance market reach and accelerate sales growth.
  8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and generate regular reports to senior management, providing insights into sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or oilfield services industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, particularly within the context of oilfield operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the Permian Basin.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
