As a Field Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise technicians and installation teams on all projects.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide daily leadership and support to team members, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Prepare accurate reports on project status and operational performance.
- Oversee quality assurance and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze and identify reasons for project budget overages and implement solutions.
- Assist with developing and managing annual budgets.
- Guide and develop team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure service tickets and installation logs are accurate and up to date.
- Support technical staff in resolving complex customer issues.
- Provide monthly billing forecasts to the COO.
- Perform safety training and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.

The Person
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced construction professional with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations.
