Key Functions:

  • Full Project Estimating
  • Production Rates and crew size analysis
  • Subcontractor solicitation and management
  • Budget Development
  • NTP to key subcontractors
  • Document distribution
  • Schedule development
  • Kickoff meeting with superintendent
  • Pre-con meetings
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Construction Phase Management
  • Safety oversight
  • Materials Procurement
  • Company equipment and tools management
  • Punch list management
  • Paperwork and claims management
  • Warranty Process


Required Education and Experience

  • Completion of a four (4) year bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science and/or Civil Engineering, from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience (10+ preferred)
  • Knowledge of project estimating, materials costing, and/or working with subcontractors
  • A valid, state issued and insurable drivers’ license.
