CONTRACT ROLE FOR SR MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER


  • The Senior Marketing Program Manager will help drive marketing campaigns and deliverables by considering the goals and objectives of the program and helping identify program milestones and their sequencing.
  • Collaborates with enterprise-wide partners and third-party media agencies to manage marketing deliverables, from customer strategy and insights to in-market, including trafficking media deliverables.
  • Interfaces with internal agency partners (i.e., creative, studio) and manages work via workflow solutions to ensure work is completed as agreed to.
  • Adept at problem solving with a focus on the strategic value of initiatives, driving project effectiveness, and process efficiencies.
  • Maintains key marketing artifacts, including calendars, roadmaps, and planning documents to enable prioritization discussions.
  • Facilitates and ensures agile meetings are run efficiently and uses JIRA to help maintain team’s work.
  • Tracks deliverables and timelines via backlog management in JIRA and JIRA Align.
  • Sets up workflows and obtains appropriate approvals through our workflow management tools.


Required Skills

  • Successful experience in a professional environment with 4+ years in an agency setting desired.
  • Updating spec sheets, delivering assets to media agencies, creating schedules, and working directly with creative teams managing several projects all at once
  • Jira or Workfront experience
  • Highly preferred marketing agency experience
  • Client support in financial services and an understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
  • Anticipate, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues.
  • Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies.
  • BA/BS with significant coursework in advertising, production, creative and/or marketing
