The Camnor Group, an industry leader in steel structures, is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead its new acquisitions. This individual will be responsible for the overall operational management, playing an important leadership role in shaping the future direction of Stateline Fabricator, a steel and metal fabrication company, as well as Highland Erectors, a steel erection company, located in Harmony, New Jersey.

As the Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will:


  • Ensure the profitability of the businesses in accordance with established budgets.
  • Implement the strategic planning defined by the board of directors.
  • Coordinate daily operations.
  • Supervise and actively participate in sales activities.
  • Monitor and communicate performance indicators for each department.
  • Signing contracts and checks.
  • Manage human resources and staff recruitment.
  • Planning, advising, and recommending necessary investments.


To be considered for the role, qualifications include:


  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction (steel structures is a plus), operations, or related industry.
  • Related Experience: 5 years of project management experience.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (knowledge of structural steel building engineering is a plus).
