Position: Market Manager

Location: Los Angeles or New Jersey


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Manager to lead the development and expansion of our overseas distribution channels. This role is essential to achieving our ambitious sales goals in home furnishings, appliances, and related solutions across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales and be skilled in building long-term client relationships, uncovering market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Development & Relationship Management:


Strategically identify, establish, and nurture relationships with overseas distributors and public channels to drive sustained growth.

Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring alignment with company values and long-term goals.

Sales & Revenue Growth:


Lead sales efforts for home furnishings, home appliances, and other product lines to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and solutions that cater to customer needs and maximize profitability.

Lead Generation & Conversion:


Source new sales leads through online and offline channels, perform needs assessments, and oversee the entire sales journey from lead to close.

Implement a data-driven approach to track, analyze, and optimize lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Collaboration & Regional Policy Implementation:


Work closely with headquarters to customize and deploy region-specific support policies and sales management practices.

Ensure seamless adherence to established sales systems and standards to drive operational efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications:


Language Proficiency:


Strong command of English as a working language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage global customers effectively.

Experience & Industry Knowledge:


3-5 years of international sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, home appliances, automotive parts, or pet products, with a proven track record in channel sales.

Solution Sales Expertise:


Demonstrated capability in consultative selling, with a focus on analyzing customer pain points and crafting relevant solutions to generate sales opportunities.

Market Development & Negotiation Skills:


Strong business negotiation abilities and an aptitude for independent market development, with the resilience to thrive in high-pressure environments.
