This role involves developing educational programs, content, and resources through both online and offline channels to enhance client knowledge and engagement. 

 

Job Summary: The Product Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of ZRT Laboratory’s suite of hormone and wellness testing products. This individual will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to our target audience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep passion for health and wellness. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Market Research and Analysis: 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and opportunities for product positioning and messaging. 


Product Positioning and Messaging: 

  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience. 
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and benefits. 
  • Steward over suite of products across partner websites to ensure messaging and product experience are aligned. 


Marketing Strategy and Campaigns: 

  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales. 
  • Utilize various marketing channels including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional print to educate customers on products. 


Content Creation: 

  • Develop high-quality marketing content such as website landing pages, case studies, videos, and infographics. 
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product benefits. 
  • Update materials and resources for customers and internal team members. 

 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, laboratory, clinical consultants, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product launches and updates. 
  • Communicate marketing plans, campaign performance, and insights to internal teams. 

 

Performance Tracking and Optimization: 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. 
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve business goals. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the health care or pharmaceutical industry. 
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management tools). 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
